True tales from the life of the Scott-Gosdin family.

Since Scotty and I moved from Edmond to NW OKC a couple of years ago, I have really missed my ducks and my wonderful back yard pond. On Wednesdays after my Bible Study group which meets very close to my old neighborhood, I sometimes swing by and watch the ducks as they swim and play. They quickly forgot my voice and adapted to Ed, a very wonderful neighbor who took over their feeding and care. As a matter of fact, they run from me now which was disappointing but understandable. I will always remember the years of caring for them and the joy and fun they brought to me and my grand-kids. Great memories, good times. MOVING ON!
I have been in the process of writing this series of stories for sometime. Hope you enjoy the adventures of Pepsi and will add you comments. I decided to use this blog to put the story together and test it out to see if you guys liked it at all. It is still coming together and I see it as a long series of duck tails, tee hee. Thanks to my beautiful grandchildren for enjoying with me these true adventures. They make them all so much more fun.
God, Family, my puppies, my ducks and my friends. To me that is what life is all about. My Husband my children, my grand children, great grand children, siblings, nieces, nephews and on down to the great great nieces and nephews are the joy of my life.
My passion for animals goes back to my childhood on the farm in Amarillo Texas. Working, feeding and caring for so many animals, it was just natural to become involved and love them. I will however disclaim any love for chickens and turkeys. I truly believe they were the animals meant to be eaten. I am sure there are those who would disagree with me but I am sticking to my guns on this one. By the way I am particularly fond of ducks.
